Personalized one-on-one sessions to support injury, alignment, posture,

energy restoration, breath + meditation practices. 

YOGA & BODYWORK

30-min yoga therapy + 60-min bodywork session -> $175

30-min yoga therapy + 90-min bodywork session -> $215

A continuum of personalized yoga followed by bodywork to help facilitate healthy expression, reorganization, and integration of whole body.
